▶ How to use this tab
What this tab is for
Projects starting in the next 1–2 sprints are shown here automatically — driven by the quarter plan.
No manual curation needed. The rule is: refine one sprint before dev is assigned.
This tab is your signal that refinement needs to happen, and your record that it did.
What POs do
Set
Business refined as you work through the PRD.
Move it to
In progress when you start,
Ready when the PRD is written and
you're confident HD can review it. You own this column end to end.
Tech refinement unlocks once you mark Ready.
What HD / GS / MV do
Once Business is marked Ready, the Tech refined column unlocks.
Set it to
In refinement when you're reviewing the PRD and asking questions.
Set it to
Ready for dev when you're satisfied — no open questions,
dev can pick this up at sprint start.
Status indicators
Not ready — neither column started
In progress — at least one column has started
Ready — both columns done, dev can start
Filters
Use the
PO filter to narrow to your own projects.
As a PO, set this to your initials at the start of every sprint planning week —
this becomes your personal prep checklist.
The banner below the filter shows how many of your projects still need action.
Edit button
Use Edit to correct the assigned PO, tech lead, or sprint start date if the quarter plan
data is wrong. Changes write directly to the project record.
Moving a project to the current sprint will trigger a warning —
it will disappear from this table and appear in the amber late-refinement banner instead.
